- Reset your “forgotten password” using your Google Chrome and/or Mozilla Firefox web browser on your desktop or laptop computer.
- On the login screen of Teleroo™ World, select “forgot password”
- Enter your login username and/or email address associated with your account
- Login to your email provider (i.e. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc.) to retain your email from support@teleroo.com
- Select the “reset password” link provided to you in the email
- You will be redirected to the Teleroo™ site to change your password for your account
- Create a strong password
- Ensure your password is a minimum of 8 characters long.
- Teleroo™ will not allow you to create a password that is weak.
- Store your username and password in a safe location.
- Select “set password to activate your account.
- Once your password has been reset, return to the login page
- Enter your username
- Enter your NEW password
- Select “login”
