1. Reset your “forgotten password” using your Google Chrome and/or Mozilla Firefox web browser on your desktop or laptop computer.
  2. On the login screen of Teleroo™ World, select “forgot password”
  3. Enter your login username and/or email address associated with your account
  4. Login to your email provider (i.e. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc.) to retain your email from support@teleroo.com
  5. Select the “reset password” link provided to you in the email
  6. You will be redirected to the Teleroo™ site to change your password for your account
    • Create a strong password
    • Ensure your password is a minimum of 8 characters long.
    • Teleroo™ will not allow you to create a password that is weak.
    • Store your username and password in a safe location.
    • Select “set password to activate your account.
  7. Once your password has been reset, return to the login page
  8. Enter your username
  9. Enter your NEW password
  10. Select “login”
